Albuquerque Metro · Same-Day Appliance Repair
Two technicians. One truck. Every tool the job needs.
We show up with oscilloscopes and multimeters, not just a parts catalog. The diagnosis happens before the first screw comes out.
The machine speaks.
You just need a translator.
Every failure has a fingerprint. Fault codes, vibration patterns, water trails — they all point to specific components. We read the machine, not just the symptom.
F:21
Affected Components
Drain pump filter, impeller blades, check valve
Standing Water
Pump motor draws 3.2A at start — if current drops to zero mid-cycle, you have an impeller obstruction or motor winding failure. The puddle on your floor is just the symptom.
E:24
Affected Components
Bearing sleeve, spider arm, shaft seal
Rhythmic Grinding
That metallic grinding at spin-up is the rear drum bearing shedding its races. Ignore it and you'll replace the outer tub too. Catch it now: $140 repair vs. $600.
E:5F
Affected Components
NTC thermistor, hall sensor, pressure switch
Cryptic Fault Code
We bring the same diagnostic software the manufacturer uses. Most fault codes resolve with a $35 sensor replacement — not the $280 control board your appliance store will try to sell you.
F:H1
Affected Components
Thermal fuse, heating element, cycling thermostat
Tumbles Cold
A dryer that tumbles but never heats has a blown thermal fuse 70% of the time. $18 part, 25-minute repair. We test the cycling thermostat and high-limit cutout while we're in there.
Three steps.
No guesswork.
The diagnostic process is systematic because appliance failures are systematic. Every fault has a cause. Every cause has a test. Every test has an answer.
We read the error log before we touch a screw.
Every visit starts with a full fault code readout and a voltage-drop test across the main harness. The oscilloscope tells us if the control board is sending clean signals or garbage — before we spend time chasing mechanical causes of an electrical problem.
Tools: Fluke 87V, Rigol DS1054Z oscilloscope, manufacturer diagnostic cable
Isolate the failed component — not the assembly.
We don't replace control boards to fix thermistors. Each component is tested in-circuit before removal. A $12 NTC temperature sensor fails the same way a $240 control board fails — the fault code doesn't tell you which. We do.
Tests: Resistance mapping, continuity matrix, load simulation
94% of repairs completed on the first visit.
The truck carries 340+ parts for Whirlpool, LG, Samsung, GE, and Maytag platforms. If we diagnose it, we can almost certainly fix it that afternoon. The 6% requiring a return visit involves backordered OEM parts — and we tell you that before we leave.
Inventory: 340+ SKUs, OEM and aftermarket, restocked weekly

Major brands covered
“My LG front-loader threw an LE code at 6 AM on a Monday with a full drum of wet laundry. They were at my door by noon, diagnosed a hall sensor in 20 minutes, and had it running before dinner. The part cost $22.”
LG WM3997HWA — LE fault code
Patricia Okonkwo
Homeowner, Albuquerque Heights
“I manage 14 units across three properties. These are the only repair people I trust to give me a straight answer on whether to fix or replace. They told me to replace one unit and saved me $380 in parts that wouldn't have solved the real problem.”
Whirlpool WTW5000DW — bearing failure
Marcus Delgado
Property Manager, Rio Rancho
“Samsung sent a tech who quoted me $680 to replace the control board. DiagnoseFix found a $14 thermistor causing the same fault code. Running perfectly for eight months.”
Samsung WF45R6100AW — E3 error

Homeowner, North Valley

We use original manufacturer parts wherever possible. When we specify aftermarket, we tell you the brand and why — and we stand behind every part we install with a 12-month parts warranty.
Know what's wrong
before we arrive.
The 5-step diagnostic takes 3 minutes. You'll get a preliminary assessment, estimated repair complexity, and a ballpark cost — before you pick up the phone.
